HOW ARE YOUR MASKS MADE?
Our Masks"R"Aid line of fabric masks are:
~ 100% Premium Cotton Front.
~ 100% Premium Cotton Duck Cloth Back. Duck Cloth was recommended for us to use by the healthcare professionals that helped us design our masks for it's tighter weave and durability. Check out our video showing the difference between 2 or 3 layers of cotton and a cotton duck cloth combo.
~ Our Masks are made to be reversable.
~ Our Comfort Elastic Bands can be adjusted up or down. Or worn with ear savers. *See the "Adjusting the elastic" video. They are more comfortable and don't make your ears hurt or stick out like wider elastic does. They also come in a wide variety of colors to match and/or compliment your fabric choices.
~ We use a double strand of coated wire sewn into the nose bridge so you can form fit our masks to your nose/face.
~ All our fabric is washed, dried, pre-shrunk and sanitized before we use it. Your masks are sanitized again before packaging & mailing.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can pay by credit or debit card thru this site. If you prefer to pay by Venmo or CashApp, please contact us so that we can accommodate you.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
We don't sell gift cards BUT if you want to gift our masks to anyone, we have 2 ways to do that.
1. You pick out the masks and we gift package them and send them with a lovely note from you.
2. We send via e-mail or USPS mail to you or the recpient a gift certificate for the dollar amount or amount of masks you wish to gift.
WE ALSO CREATE GIFT BASKETS~
You choose the masks and sizes and what other items to add. Hand sanitizer, disposable gloves, sanitizing wipes, antibacterial spray, trial sized items people take on vacation are all popular items to add but the options are practically endless. We can theme your masks and gifts baskets to suit pretty much any occassion.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our face masks and to protect against the spread of contagions, we can not accept returns. We take great pains in inspecting our products throughly before packaging. If for some reason you are unhappy with your masks, please contact us. We will make every effort to rectify the issue.
